Sales & Promotions
Sale and promotional prices are only valid during the specified promotional or sale period. We do not offer rain checks or extend sale/promotional prices to products purchased prior or after the sale/promotional period.
Warranty Policy
We make no representation or warranty with respect to the suitability or durability of any purchase for the purposes and uses of the customer, or any other representation or warranty, express or implied with respect thereto, including the implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any applicable factory warranty covering any purchase is between the customer and the manufacturer and all inquiries for the information for said warranty, if any, should be made directly to the manufacturer.
Return Policy
If you decide you do not want the product, you may return any unused or unopened product for a *refund or store credit (minus shipping charges. Clearance items are excluded). However, you have 15 days from the ship date to so. ALL RETURNS are return at YOUR EXPENSE and will not be included in your refund or store credit. No return past 15 days will be accepted. Credit will only be issued for product ONLY. Your return must be returned with your email confirmation or packing list from your original order.

C&D Firearms LLC and CW Outfitters reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. C&D Firearms LLC and CW Outfitters reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.
